The story for kids
This is a bacteriophage, a virus that hunts bacteria. Look at it. It has a head, a tail, and long legs like a moon lander. It lands on a bacterium and injects its DNA inside. Lots of new viruses are made inside the bacterium, and then the bacterium bursts! Phages don't hurt people.
